This website is operated by Cosmic Collectibles. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cosmic Collectibles. By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The store is hosted by Shopify Inc.
1. Online store terms
You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent required for a minor dependent to use this site. You may not use the site or our products for illegal purposes, violate applicable laws, or transmit malicious code. A breach may result in termination of access.
2. General conditions
We may refuse service, subject to applicable law. Site content may be transmitted over networks and adapted to technical requirements; payment-card data is encrypted in transit. You may not reproduce, resell or exploit the service without our written permission. Headings are for convenience only.
3. Information on the site
We aim to keep information accurate, complete and current, but general or historical information may not always be up to date. Please check product and order details before relying on them.
4. Service and prices
Product prices and shipping costs can change. We may modify or discontinue services, subject to applicable law and any existing order obligations.
5. Products
Some products are available only online, in limited quantities, and are subject to our Returns and Cancellations Policy. We try to show product colours and images accurately, but displays vary. We may limit quantities or geographic availability and discontinue products. Offers are void where prohibited.
6. Shopping cart
Items in your cart are not reserved. An order is placed only once checkout and payment are completed. Stock may change before checkout.
7. Billing and account information
We may refuse, limit or cancel orders, including suspected reseller orders, and attempt to notify you using the contact details you provide. Please provide accurate, current purchase and account information and update it when necessary. See our Returns and Cancellations Policy.
8. Optional tools and third-party links
Third-party tools and sites may have their own terms and practices. Review those terms before using them. We do not control third-party sites or guarantee their content or services.
9. User comments
If you submit comments, suggestions or other material, you permit us to use, edit and publish them without an obligation to pay or respond, subject to applicable law. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading or malicious material or impersonate someone else. You are responsible for your submissions.

11. Errors and omissions
We may correct errors in descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability, and update or cancel affected orders where permitted by law. We will notify you when an order is affected.

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, discrimination, fraud, spam, scraping, malware, collection of others’ personal information or interference with site security. We may terminate access for prohibited use.
13. Warranties and liability
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and we are not liable for losses arising from its use beyond what applicable law requires. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

You may stop using the site at any time. We may terminate access if you breach these terms. Obligations incurred before termination remain in effect.
17. Entire agreement
These terms and our posted policies govern use of the site. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
19. Changes
We may post updated terms on this page. Please review them periodically. Changes do not remove rights arising from orders already placed.

Separate terms apply to events hosted by or at Cosmic Collectibles. Please review the event terms published with the relevant event before attending.
