Shipping Policy
Nationwide delivery
We ship to locations throughout South Africa. Place your order on our website and check your email for shipping updates. We’ll send you tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and typically take 2 to 3 working days to leave our warehouse.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
- Johannesburg: 3 to 4 working days
- Cape Town: 3 to 4 working days
- KwaZulu-Natal: 3 to 4 working days
- Eastern Cape: 3 to 4 working days
These are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, customs, holidays or unexpected demand.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping costs R150. Shipping costs may change.
Shipping intervals and pre-orders
Standard shipping includes one dispatch interval. If an order includes pre-order items, we dispatch it when all items are in stock and ready to ship. If your cart contains items arriving at different times, you can choose two shipping intervals for an additional R99. Pre-order arrival dates may change due to production or shipping delays. Full payment is required to secure a pre-order and, according to our pre-order terms, is non-refundable. Prices of pre-ordered items may change before dispatch; we will inform you of any adjustment.
Receiving your order
Please be available to receive your order after dispatch. If you miss a delivery, contact the courier to arrange another delivery time. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Order adjustments
Cosmic Collectibles may adjust ordered quantities on a case-by-case basis and will inform you of any changes.
